Juan Donati and Ezio Fornaciari are the new IMPs Pairs Italian Champions 2014. The pair won the gold with an average of 10:47 points by board, second arrived Leonardo Marino and Pier Andrea Marinoni, which have moved up in the standings and won the silver medal thanks to an excellent last session. In third place arrived Norberto Lombard Cherubin and Marcello Ferrarese.

Donati and Fornaciari arrived to Salsomaggiore for the Coppa Italia final, but their team was eliminated in Quaterfinals, so they decided to playe the IMP Pairs.

After four gold medals in the youth category, plus other prestigious placements, Giovanni Donati, sixteen years old, conquest, very young, his first national title. For Ezio is just another recognition in a career, already full of national titles.
