WBF Delegation goes to India

In February 2014 the WBF President, Gianarrigo Rona, together with Marc De Pauw, Mazhar Jafri and Maurizio Di Sacco (pictured left with members of BFI) visited India to view two potential venues for the 2015 World Team Championships. 

They met the IBF representatives (Mr. Moorthy, President, Mr. Rajagopalan, Vice President, Mr. Prasad Keni, Executive) and visited both Chennai and Goa meeting the local authorities and organizers. The visit was very profitable and the final decision on the venue and exact dates will be taken at the Officers Meeting in Dallas towards the end of March.
