2015 Women’s USBC: The Semifinals

The 2015 Women’s USBC will select the USA teams for the 2015 Venice Cup, to be held in Chennai, India, Sept. 26-October 10, 2015.

Format

The initial stage of the event was a 2 day Round Robin to select 4 teams for the Semifinal. The teams played 5 matches each day, with the second day order the reverse of the first. Each match was 12 boards long. The teams list.

The Semifinals were played, (64 board Knockout), on Tuesday, April 14th.

The winning Semifinalists will play a 2 day USA1 Finals on April 15th-16th. At the same time, the losing Semifinalists will play a 2 day USA2 Semifinal match. These matches will be 120 boards long.

The losing USA1 Finalist and the winning USA2 Semifinalist will play a 2 day USA2 Finals on April 17-18.
