The 2013 Senior USBC selected the USA Senior teams for the 2013 Senior Bowl in Bali September 16-29, 2013. Players must have been born in 1953 or earlier.
Location and Dates: The 2013 USSBC was held at the Buena Vista Palace in Orlando, FL, starting on Friday, July 12th.
Format
The Senior USBC lasted 9 days. With 13 teams entered, the first stage of the event was a 1.5 day complete Round Robin. The top 8 teams qualified for the USA1 Quarterfinal. The remaining teams played in USA2. Both brackets continued with 1.5 day KO matches (except the USA2 Round of 32; the 9th place team from the USA1 Round Robin qualified for the USA2 Round of 16; the remaining 4 teams played a “knock in” to qualify three for the Round of 16). The losing USA1 finalist joined 3 teams in the USA2 Semifinals.
August 13th: Today was a hard day for many teams they were playing their last chance for classification and their faces denoted greater stress to the previous days.

An endplay (also throw-in), in bridge, is a tactical play where a defender is put on lead at a strategic moment, and then has to make a play that loses one or more tricks.
The Championship is open to all players born on or after 1st January 1992 (Juniors & Girls) or born on or after 1st January 1997 (Youngsters) or born on or after 1st January 2002 (Kids) in good standing with their own NBOs.
