From 15 to 18 November 2012 was played in Panama the 2012 Festival Centroamericano de Bridge , at the “Valle del Rio” Hotel in the city of Boquete, Chiriqui Province, Panama, 500 km from the capital. The event was sponsored by:

Panama Blue, Telemetro Canal 13 and Veuve du Vernay.

The tournament director was  John MacGregor from Costa Rica.

This Festival is part of the Zone 5 (CACBF – Central American and Caribbean Bridge Federation) Regional events.

Panama will soon be the organizer of the official trials to select the WBF Zone 5 representatives for the World Bridge Championships in Bali during 2013. The dates will be: from 17 to 28 May 2013.  For more information please contact:
