From 17-22 March 2013, in the Netherlands is being played the 8th White House Junior Internationals. As every year this event will gather many of the best young bridge athletes in the world, with players from Italy, Israel, Netherlands, Germany, France … among others. This year South America will be represented by a young pair of players from Argentina: Maximo Crusizio / Rodrigo Garcia da Rosa, on this occasion they are ging to be part of a transnational Argentina-Norway Team (the other pair is formed by: Kristoffer Hege / Kristian Stangeland from Norway).

Monday 18, began with a captains meeting and afterwards the teams played the first 5 rounds of a total of 17 RR rounds (10 boards each). For the first five matches the field of 26 teams split into groups of 6 teams each (with a group of 8 teams). The division was based on the formation of groups of equal strength to play the first five matches of the Swiss. After the first 5 rounda Argentina team is leading. March 17:
On Sunday March 17 after the Opening Ceremony, was played a Teams Patton tournament 7 rounds, 4 boards each. The Southamerican players Maximo Crusizio / Rodrigo Garcia da Rosa teamed up with two players from Holland and arrived seconds behind Team Sweden. Their matches were against: 2 teams from the Netherlands, Hungary, France, Bulgaria and Ireland.

Program 8th White House Junior International: Sunday 17 march, after the Welcome and Opening of the 8th-White House Junior Internationals, the players will participate of a Patton Team Tournament : 7 rounds of four board matches. The team’s players will be the juniors, coaches, captains, officials, sponsors and guests.
Monday 18 March: After the Captains meeting, will beguin the Teams Tournament Round Robin. The RR will consist of 17 rounds of ten boards. For the first five matches of the Round Robin the field of 24 teams will be divided in groups of six, based on equal strength of each group.
Tuesday 19 March: Starting positions in the Swiss rounds 6 & 7 based upon the ranking after five matches played on monday. Session 8 based upon the ranking after session 6, session 9 based upon the ranking after session 7. Session 10&11 based upon the ranking after session 9.
Wednesday 20 March: Starting positions of sessons 12&13 based on ranking after 11 sessions. Session 14 based upon the ranking after session 12, session 15 based upon the ranking after session 13. Session 10&11 based upon the ranking after session 15.
Thursday 21 March: The top four teams of the Round Robin qualify for the semi-finals, consisting of three sessions of 14 boards, the winner is the teams that scores the most imps in 42 boards. In case of an exact draw there will be played two additional boards. Winner of the Round Robin may choose the semifinal opponent from teams on ¾ place; if two teams of the same nationality qualify for the semifinals they will play each other.
Friday 22 March: A-Final: three sessions of fourteen boards and a Matchpoint Pairs: players will beJuniors, captains, coaches, sponsors and guests. Transnational partnerships possible and warmly welcomed.
At the end of the day: Diner, Victory banquet. Prize giving. Farewell drinks
