When East led the 5 Gabriel won in hand with the A and ran seven of his eight clubs to arrive at the following position:

J 3
A 8

On the play of the last club West was finished - a diamond discard would allow declarer to cash the  A and 8 before finessing in hearts, while a heart discard would allow declarer to run the J , and if East covers, to establish the 8 on table.... great play Gabriel!!!!
