The 42nd World Bridge Team Championships and the 10th World Transnational Open Teams Championship will be held at the ITC Grand Chola in Chennai, India ​from 26th September – 10th October 2015.

THE WORLD BRIDGE GAMES – PRESS CONFERENCEWorld Bridge games 2016

Wroclaw, Poland will host the 15th World Bridge Games from 2nd – 17th September 2016. On the 27th January, at the Centennial Hall (which will be the event venue) Mr Rafael Dutkiewicz, Mayor of Wroclaw, together with Gianarrigo Rona, WBF President, Marc De Pauw, WBF Treasurer, Igor Chalupec, PBU Vice President officially presented the event to the press and signed the contract. The World Bridge Games will comprise the National Teams Championships : Open, Women’s and Senior, with all WBF Member Countries invited to send a team in each series. This will be followed by a National Pairs Championship, again with an Open, Women’s and Senior Series. There will be no quota for the number of pairs who may compete in the Pairs Championships from each NBO. For more information about the World Bridge Games click here.
